This hotel - bed and breakfast, was great! The room was nice and clean, comfortable bed, quiet at night, and food just like homemade. There was also a mini-bar in our room and prices were okay. We appreciated there was the free wi-fi connection. Our room was on the top floor and we had the most amazing view over Vienna. ♥ It is also near the Rathaus, just 15 minutes down the street so you don't need to use public transport.

I don`t recognise the picture in the advertising, it looks so much better than the room we stayed in, which was old, tatty and shabby with 3rd hand furniture from 1980´s. Parking was unavailable as it was full! There was little positive to mention, reception staff were nice and it is cheap.

Terrible location, rooms dirty, small rooms (wide angle lens make room look big. Disgusting food, rock hard beds, unsanitary, cleaning staff should be replaced. Go somewhere else, this is not the place to stay. No hand soap. Do not stay…..

The hotel location is good with a tram station right at the door which ease the access to city attractions. However AC wasn’t working instead they gave us a fan. pillow sheets had stains and were not replaced instead it was removed from the locker. Room had bugs. But worst of all, something was missing from our room and their handling was so unprofessional and they claimed we might be lying and weirdly the next day they brought it back without even apologizing or explaining what happened (they don’t have cameras on each floor for security). By all means it’s an experience that we won’t like to repeat

Having stayed in august in A Coruña for a couple of days to an exe hotel (from the same network) the expectation were great because indeed the one from Coruña is very good In wien the hotel a bit outdated, in an area which probably is not the best in wien, I missed the mattress fron Coruña.... Is not bad, bit we were expecting the same level of quality
